| | | The article stresses the importance of transition from the traditional scheme of resource attraction to a new methodology of resource support of the quality of services in the public sector. The authors develop methodological principles and tools that allow for the balanced increase of customer satisfaction and other interested subjects with the conditions of the services provision.
