| The article presents a detailed comparative analysis of Keynesian and neo-classical models of the state fiscal politics and discuss the key socio-economic, natural and geographical factors that determine the necessity of transformation of the contemporary Russian financial system according primarily to the Keynesian model. The authors provide arguments in favor of the idea of negative evolution of the current mechanism of budget-and-tax regulation of the Russian economy in accordance with the neo-classical model.
