| The article focuses on the transformation of property relations in the present-day economy, particularly, in the sphere of land property complex of contemporary cities. Rights for land property objects of the land property complex are distributed among various subjects, which is reflected, first, in the coexistence of various forms of property for certain objects (e.g. land plots, buildings), and second, in the fact that rights for any object are distributed among subjects representing various level of the socio-economic system. The author shows that the notion of “property form” is losing its relevance in the context of a contemporary city, whereas the notion of “property regime” turns into a more adequate concept. Relations embedded in urban land property complex are best captured by the notion of “urban property regime” | Key words: property, property form, property regime, urban land property complex, urban property regime | Pages: 38 - 42 |
