|The article discusses the role and the place of small-scale enterprises in overcoming regional crisis phenomena, stress the importance of creating favorable conditions for creating small-scale enterprises, as well as the organization of their relations with large-scale entrepreneurial structures. The authors analyze the dynamics and the reasons for change in the number of small-scale enterprises, show the possibilities of implementation of contemporary mechanisms and systems that facilitate relations between small- and large-scale enterprises in the regional economy, and emphasize the importance of activities conducted by the regional power in organization and acceleration of integration processes among the economic subjects aimed at solving topical regional problems|
