Sources for financing investment projects as a tool of the regional development (Russia, Ekaterinburg)
The article discusses the major approaches and principles of investment project financing with participation of state funds, investment funds, external investors, based on investment agreements. The author describes a number of large-scale investment infrastructural projects and the way of calculating the investment multiplier. The article stresses that strategic projects should be prioritized in the distribution of investment funds and presents a model of financing of regional investment projects involving state support
