| The article focuses on the major trends of business digitalization, stresses the importance of innovative transformations in the business models based on technological and organization change, and distinguishes factors prohibiting digital transformation in Russian companies. The authors also stress the role of innovations in management, called forth by the necessity to improve managerial processes and to develop employees’ digital competences.
