| | | The article discusses the present-day situation of the mortgage market in the Russian Federation, analyzes statistic data related to mortgage credits of physical persons, as well as the indices of population income over the last 9 years. The authors provide a formula to calculate the coefficient of debt mortgage load and define its size, which reflects the possibility of crisis on the mortgage market and consequently, in the national economy.
