Impact of the infrastructural support upon the formation and stimulation of innovative investment sources for the regional economic growth (Russia, Belgorod)

The article distinguishes the dependency between the development of innovative and investment infrastructure of an economic system and the effective realization of potential inherent in innovative and investment sources of the economic growth. The authors define crucial characteristics, composition and developmental tendencies with regards to the regional innovative infrastructure, discusses the notion of innovative infrastructure and innovative and investment sources of economic growth, and analyzes methodological tools with regards to formation of the regional innovative infrastructure. The article expands the classification of elements characteristic to innovative infrastructure and offer a concept of realization of the potential inherent in innovative and investment sources as a factor of sustainable economic development.
