| The article analyzes the following questions: What is conjuncture? How to attain the conjuncture between the Economic zone of the Silk Road and Eurasian Economic Union? How to evaluate the perspective of “one belt, one union”? The article discusses several principles: the importance to avoid conflicts between the countries, while simultaneously paying attention to their differences in the course of project realization; the use of SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) as a venue for developing bilateral and multilateral relations; to aim at mutually beneficial cooperation and co-development of China, Russia, and Central Asia countries; to sensibly evaluate the risks and their impact upon the projects; to implement cooperation through improving institutional infrastructure; cooperation is a process with a long-term perspective; importance of research of internal politics in the countries along “One Belt, One Union.” By and large, the conjuncture of “One Belt, One Union” is a gradual and planned process, where one should pay particular attention to the role of mechanisms, forums, external factors, and the major areas of cooperation and conjuncture. | Key words: “One Belt, One Road”, Eurasian Economic Union, transborder transportation infrastructure, interrelatedness, models of interaction, strategy of financing | Pages: 92 - 94 |
