Impact of organization of the barrier-free environment upon the competitive capacity of a hotel enterprise (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article discusses the notion of “barrier-free environment,” specifies the concept of “barrier” and competitive capacity of a hotel enterprise, and analyzes factors that are relevant for it. The authors distinguish the importance of barrier-free environment for increase of the competitive capacity of hotel enterprise and analyze statistic data related to the number of low-mobility Russians and their capacity to make tourist trips.
