State and private partnership as a tool for developing infrastructural objects
(case of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan) (Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek)
The article discusses features of state and private partnership as a tool of economic development. The author analyzes the practice of its application in the process of realization of infrastructural objects in Kyrgyzstan, defines major factor that inhibit its intensive application, and offers measures aiming to broaden the use of the mechanism of state and private partnership in the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
