| In the first part, the article discusses the major functions and advantages of cooperation with multi-faceted development banks for the countries that receive their resources. Based on the new methodology and a broad range of Russian and foreign research on the topic, the author analyzes the major aims for the creation and parameters of operation with regard to four new multi-faceted development banks in the Eurasian Economic Union: Eurasian Development Bank, including the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development that it administers; Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, the New Development Bank and the Asian Bank for Infrastructural Investment, created over the past 15 years.
