| The article discusses methodological approaches to the study of how the “know-how” market is formed in the context of innovative development. The author emphasizes that “know-how” should be distinguished as a specific type of commodity, the aim of which is to satisfy not only the innovative requirements of production in general, but the specific need that is called “personified innovative production requirement.” The article discusses “know-how” as a particular commodity, offers its classification, emphasized the double nature of “know-how” as an object of acquisition and new economic relations, and distinguishes its characteristic features and forms of realization on the market of innovations. | Key words: Innovative activity, «know-how», market relations, market of «know-how», knowledge, personified innovative requirement | Pages: 26 - 30 |
