Development of the system of new drivers of regional growth (Russia, Samara)
The article defines the place and the role of the system of new drivers of the regional economic growth, describes the country’s strategic aims in the sphere of urban agglomeration development as an important driver of such growth, and formulates the concept of formation of agglomeration effect, accompanied by the increase in labor productivity and higher tempos of the regional economic growth. The author conducts a monitoring of the system of the regional growth potentials to evaluate the possibilities of the growth driver formation based on the aggregate potential of the territory including its spatial and temporal characteristics.
