| The article gives a more nuanced reading to the notions of “human capital” and “social capital”, defines their relations to the “anthropological capital”. Accumulation and capitalization of social and human capital as seen as factors that induce economic growth. To evaluate economic development, the authors use indices characterizing economic growth and its dynamics, as well as the proportion of the human capital in the structure of the national wealth.
