Human and social capital as factors of economic growth (Belarus, Vitebsk, Minsk)

The article gives a more nuanced reading to the notions of “human capital” and “social capital”, defines their relations to the “anthropological capital”. Accumulation and capitalization of social and human capital as seen as factors that induce economic growth. To evaluate economic development, the authors use indices characterizing economic growth and its dynamics, as well as the proportion of the human capital in the structure of the national wealth. Particular attention is given to the management of human and social capital, as well as anthropological capital, as elements of the state’s socio-economic system.
