To the issue of innovatization of security risks in behavioral economics (Russia, Kazan)

The article discusses the importance of innovatization with regards to security risks in the context of behavioral economics. The authors describe the dynamic stability/ changeability as a feature of risk indeterminacy in behavioral economics, analyze priorities and strategic administration of security risks, and pay particular attention to transnational capital as a threat to the process of coordination of economic security risks.
