Industrial politics: conceptualization and modernization in the context of crisis (Russia, Moscow, St. Petersburg)

Current difficulties in the implementation of competent industrial politics are largely conditioned by the lack of the shared understanding of the nature of this element of the economic politics. To solve this problem, the article presents a comprehensive discussion of approaches to the definition of industrial politics, its main types and models. Based on the analysis of the current indices of industrial development, the authors present general recommendations to modernization of the industrial politics in the period of recession.
