| The article focuses on the implementation of indicative planning with regard to strategic aims of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. Indicative plans should be treated as stages of medium-term specification of the strategic plans by laying out indices coordinated with all interested parties. These indices should allow achieving the desired goals with minimal costs and to overcome possible negative processes. The author analyzes the existing approaches to strategic and indicative planning on the level of the country as a whole and on lower levels; discusses the major consequences of coronavirus pandemic upon Russian socio-economic system, and emphasizes that the implementation of indicative planning should involve risk-testing with regards to global challenges and threats. | Key words: indicative planning, strategic planning, coronavirus pandemic, planning of regional socio-economic systems, risk-testing | Pages: 85 - 87 |
