The use of composite indices to measure the activities of the health care system:
the international experience (Russia, Moscow)
Improving health care system is part of the political agenda around the world. The search of simple, clear and practical approaches to the evaluation of health care system acquires particular significance nowadays, and composite indices gained broad popularity in this sphere. The article describes the key international and national initiatives that allow evaluation of health-care systems with the use of composite indices.
