| The article focuses on the optimal correspondence of the Project Management Body of Knowledge concept, PMBOK (a one-time effort to create a unique product, service or result) with the task of regulating digital projects implementation. The authors describe the potential of the PMBOK concept for the solution of tasks incumbent upon the organs of state power, such as cost management, risks, and the quality of project realization.
