| The article presents the analysis of small-scale entrepreneurship in Transbaikal territory and the pritoty project “Small- and medium-scale entrepreneurship and support of individual entrepreneurial initiative.” The authors reveal the unclaimed potential of small-scale entrepreneurship and its major orientation towards to sphere of services.
