| The article focuses on identification and classification of the key factors of environment that impact the efficacy of management of regional consumer markets. In the process of development and implementation of managerial efforts on the part of the organs of state administration on the national and regional (local levels) one has to take into account differences resulting from the current state and changes of various factors of environment.
