Article - Problems of Modern Economics

The article discusses the major conditions and foundations for the formation of mariculture in Primorsky territory. The concept of “territorial cluster” and strategies of its formation within the frames of the regional economic structure is taken as a theoretical basis of the analysis. The author evaluated ecological and geographical factors in the formation of the cluster and describes the current state of the fishing industry in the Russian Federation with regards to production and growing of mariculture produce.
