| The article discusses ways of innovative development of Russia’s economy during the present-day economic crisis provoked by the global Coronavirus pandemic. The authors describe managerial behavioral roles in the tactics of innovative development of enterprises, define condition for successful implementation of innovative projects, and discuss the negative aspect of the existing system of administering the innovative development in the Russian Federation. Today the Russian Federation has a unique chance to join the so-called innovative digital economy and form effective relations among the state, business, and the population — relations that would facilitate implementation of innovations in all spheres of social life.
