Managing the implementation of the digital twins in the industrial spheres on the bases of smart-sourcing principles (Russia, Simferopol)

The article focuses on implementation of the digital transformation in Russia’s industry and describes the major principles of smart-sourcing for the projects of digital twins’ implementation. The authors emphasize the importance of searching for new ways of interaction with technological partners and the use of the smart-sourcing strategy to improve companies’ business-models.
