| The article discusses the impact of landscape infrastructure upon the socio-economic development of cities and regions. The infrastructure is formed by natural and historical factors, as well as the intentional human activity; recently the latter gives rise to many claims since it disturbs ecology, human environment, flora and fauna. The authors offer new approaches to evaluating economic activity including, among others, monetization of landscape environment; increase the level of social responsibility on the part of business, especially in the spheres of ecology and nature protection; intensification of state involvement in the economic sphere; formation of state structures that produce a real impact upon the socio-economic development of the society. | Key words: landscape infrastructure, economic infrastructure, investments into infrastructure, market infrastructure, administrative infrastructure, urban development | Pages: 112 - 117 |
