| Presently, the Chechen Republic finds itself at the stage of active development. The region has potential in various directions, including human potential and potential related to nature and resources. The article analyzes the major indices of socio-economic development of the Chechen Republic, discuss the importance of these indices for the aim of increasing investment attractiveness of the region, and presents current statistical data for the major indices.
