Peculiarities in the personnel development in organizations applying the quality management system

The article discusses the issue of cadres’ preparation in organization, continuous education and further education. Knowledge of the personnel turns into the basic non-material asset of an organization, and continuous education – into a constitutive part of the corporate culture, which determines its competitiveness
