Education innovative complexes as a model of sustainable development of high education institutions and innovative entrepreneurship
The article discusses the issue of creation education-and-production innovative complexes of continuous education in Russia’s regions. The author distinguishes advantages and potential of such complexes as a factor of sustainable development of high education institutions, innovative entrepreneurship, and region as a whole. On the basis of analysis of the structure and participants of such complexes, the author argues that social partnership should be used as the basis of interaction of the subjects within the complex, and gives an example of how this partnership works (case of Petrodvorets district of St.Petersburg)
