Innovative projects: examination and evaluation

The article describes the main tasks of the quality examination for innovative projects and principles of its organization. The cases of the Russian Foundation for Humanities and Russian Foundation for Fundamental Research are taken as examples. The author presents the extended list of principles for examination of innovative projects, including Monte-Carlo method
