| Development of the effective program of educational crediting is particularly important in the context of educational system transformation and increase of proportions of paid education. This process requires a prior monitoring to analyze specific features of student crediting, needs of banks and other potential participants. Monitoring is conducted in two forms: 1) questioning of potential consumers of educational credits and 2) in-depth expert interviews with bank representatives.
