Effectiveness and result-producing capacity of a firm: explanations through institutions (Russia, Krasnoyarsk)
The article analyzes research approaches to the issue of effectiveness and result-producing capacity of a firm, discusses possibilities and advantages of the institutional approach to the problem, and evaluates the capacity of the notion of “institutional capital” in the context of effectiveness
