Credit in the structure of market quotation in the light of Islamic financial legislation (Russia, Moscow)
The article discusses the principle of permissibility, from the point of view of the Muslim law, of investing into the stocks of companies, which activity does not contradict Islamic principles. The authors argue that owing to the specificities of the contemporary market infrastructure market quotation includes components directly prohibited by Sharia, such as credit interest (riba), non-justified risk (garar), and gambling (maisir)
Key words: riba, Islamicus, loan interest, garar, maisir
