| | | The article discusses specificities of rent relations in developing and developed countries and CIS states, in all multiplicity of mechanisms of collecting rent. With regards to the specificities of the Russian economy, a number of methods of rent collection may be borrowed, as well as non-tax methods used in the countries with developing market relations.
