Working-out of strategic directions of innovation development in the regions (Russia, Vladimir)

The article emphasizes the necessity of improving the strategic planning of the regional development and suggests using the matrix of the “index of innovative development of the region” — “index of the life quality level” that allows to distinguish four groups of regions’ classifications corresponding to various strategic priorities and financial requirements. On the basis of the research conducted, the author defines the main strategies of innovative development of the region, as well as instruments and mechanisms of their realization
