Improving property relations as a condition of modernization in Russian economy

The article is dedicated to economic modernization, one of the most topical problems of contemporary Russian development, and analyzes the major ways of improving property relations in the country’s economic structure. The author introduces and discusses the basic methodological principles determining the process of formation of effective property relations and emphasizes the key role property plays in Russian modernization
