Risk-management in the public sector of economy (Russia, Perm’)
The article discusses foreign experience of risk-management realization in the public sphere of economy, as well as the Russian practice of evaluation of effectiveness and risks of investment decisions in this sphere. The author defines the notion of “risk” as applied to the public sphere of economy, distinguishes the risks that should be analyzed in the process of project evaluation, and discusses the major steps of the risk-management procedure
