State targets in realization of the priority investment projects: logistics of formation (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article discusses specificities of the state regulation of the logistic processes with the use of economic methods for the purposes of the optimal correlation of the regulated planning and the market mechanism in the realization of priority investment projects. Based on the analysis of the major tasks of Russia’s economic development and the foreign experience, the author describes the legal and the economic conditions of the successful realization of investment projects
