|The article discusses the key structural transformation related to the development of the new model of economy known as the “green” one. The authors discuss the tools suitable for the implementation of the sustainable development strategy taking into consideration the new emphases in resource politics, and analyze the problem zones in the Russian economy from the point of view of the country’s transition to the incorporated “green” growth strategy and using its potential in development of ecologically secure, socially just and competitive economy based on a broad range of innovations (technological, organizational, institutional, behavioral, etc.)|
