Systems of support of renewable power engineering: evaluation of effectiveness
(case of the European Union and Russia) (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article discusses the issue of state support for the use of renewable energy sources in electric power engineering. The author describes the potential of the systematized classification of support elements and ways of their evaluation developed on the basis of principles of effective state regulation by Grossekettler and Rennings. This approach allows distinguishing advantages of various ways of supporting renewable energy sources in different countries. European Union and Russia are discussed as examples
