Comparative technological and economical analysis as the basis of target-oriented program forecasting for the development of trade in the regions (Russia, Novosibirsk)

The article describes the author’s methodological approach in forecasting based on the comparative technological and economic analysis of the foreign experience. Electronic cartographic resources are used as a primary sores of data on the capacity of trade infrastructure
