Deceleration of innovation in the Russian economy as a threat to national security (Russia, Moscow)

The article discusses threats for Russian national security in the sphere of economy, analyzes the key problems that inhibit development of science and high technologies in the country, and describes possible ways of attaining the high level of national security through economic growth in the major sphere of innovative development
