| | | WTO produces an evolutionary impact upon the Customs Union; the character of this process is shown by way of research of the economic variation upon various import groups of goods from Belorussia, Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as of the value-added tax and excise duty with exporters and importers participating in the trade turnover within the frames of the Customs Union.
