| The article focuses on the most significant aspects of marketing and branding of territory, including the major approaches to the evaluation of the cost of the territorial brand. The author discusses two methodologies of evaluation in accordance with international standards and the Russia legal basis: express-methodology based on the comparative approach and methodology based on the profit approach and royalty exemption.
