Stages of growth and tax reforms in the People’s Republic of China
(Russia, St. Petersburg; China)

The article discusses mutual relations between the stage of growth and tax reforms in the People’s Republic of China. The author conclude that tax reforms should be implemented in conjunction with tax targeting as a part of the tax politics of the state, which will allow entrepreneurs account for the tax shocks
