| | | The article focuses on the problem of crediting of small- and medium-scale business and discusses factors that inhibit a more active and diversified development of the process. The author argues that the bank margin exceeding 3% is too high and incompatible with the notion of balanced monetary supply and demand as the foundation of sustainable long-term economic growth and high investment and social indices.
