| The article discusses VIP-management as a key direction in the activity of a credit organization. Mechanism of interaction with VIP clients should include the analysis of its efficacy as well as of the motivation of personal managers. The efficacy of their activity is measured both on the basis of individual indices and through the integral evaluation; the former include the effect gained from credit resources placement, attraction of monetary leftovers to call deposits, rendering of commission services.
