A new paradigm in the national administration system: formation of territories of advanced development in the Far East Federal okrug (Russia, Moscow)

Over the recent year, the model of socio-economic development in Russia is formed under the impact of global financial challenges and unpredictable political circumstances. Among the new sources of strategic development are transformations of the most promising territories in several territorial subjects of the Far East Federal okrug. While not rejecting the established imperative of the “European” pattern of interaction, this may become a turning point in Russia’s long-term development
