| | | The article describes the politics of mitigation of crisis-related processes in the context of transformational economy, when the form local and regional threat turned into the global ones, whereas the latter assumed a planetary dimension. In this situation truly tectonic changes take place in all spheres of life, first of all in the sphere of security, economy, ecology and social relations; these problems are tightly connected with each other, hence the necessity of their complex understanding.
