Correlation between organization and self-organization in the formation of the new model of Russia's socio-economic development: interaction of planning and market-based principles (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article discusses the economic system from the point of view of the interaction of two mechanisms of economic regulation: planning and market-based. This interaction is seen through the prism of organization and self-organization. Based on the analysis of the existing mechanisms of planning and market-based economic regulation, the author stresses the necessity of the new model of socio-economic development
